The winch is a motorized hoist used for lifting, moving, or tensioning heavy loads, and is essential in handling operations in both naval and industrial settings.

Our team recently carried out the testing of a winch designed and built in the East Yard, in collaboration with the electrical engineering company ENEA, which handled the electrical system.

This specific model was developed for a precise technical use within a dedicated project, but it was designed with a modular approach that allows it to be reused and rented for future operations, including by third parties.

The test confirmed the system’s efficiency and reliability, which was engineered to meet the most complex operational needs of the naval-mechanical sector.
