Specific equipment for naval pipework
The naval pipework department is capable of constructing any type of piping thanks to:
CNC machinery,
CNC pipe cutting machines for oxyacetylene or plasma cutting,
Band saws for cutting pipes up to 711.2mm, as well as manual cuting without size limits.
The welding department which assembles accessories using continuous wire welding (MIG, MAG), electrode welding, and TIG welding, is certified by major Naval Registers such as RINA, Lloyd Register ABS, Bureau Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd, and other inspection and control bodies.
Cartubi is equipped and certified for the implementation of systems with New Technologies: Pressfitting, Acquaterm, Cunipres, PVC, Fiberglass, Polybutylene, Polypropylene, and Victualic technology.
